He is the steel trap mind with the soft heart of a puppy dog, and owner of Heaven Sent Desserts. He gets to have all the fun, meeting important people (like Beyonce and Ken Burns and the Mayor), coming to work when he wants to (usually to let the early shift in) and leaving when he wants to (too often when everyone has left for the night because that's when there are no interruptions). Thankfully, his military background as a medic in the Air Force was an unexpected but wonderful training for developing and running a dessert restaurant.
