Come in to the restaurant and exercise your taste buds - we have decadent chocolates, divine cookies, and unique cakes, spectacular pastries made with seasonal fruits, special crèmes, compotes, sauces, ganaches…we have it all! Everything is baked and prepared in our own kitchen in the restaurant so you will know it's fresh and from the finest quality ingredients.

The Menu in the restaurant includes both old time and long time favorites together with an assortment of holiday or seasonal desserts. The menu does change regularly (not everything at once but a little here and a little there) to take advantage of seasonally fresh ingredients. In order to savor the complex flavors which many of our desserts and cakes contain, we provide a less sweet dessert than what you might be used to. The desserts include traditional American recipes, new fusion style recipes and many international recipes.

The coffee served at Heaven Sent's restaurant is a special blend uniquely ours. We tasted a lot of coffees from different parts of the world, in a variety of roasts, and gradually developed what we feel is a rich, aromatic, never bitter but full bodied coffee. We are proud to say that our coffee has received high praise. It is available by the pound for purchase.

The Ingredients in the restaurant's kitchen must all meet our high standards of quality and freshness. We search nationally when we can't find what we need locally. In some cases we must hunt internationally. We always prefer to obtain our ingredients locally and to forge long term relationships with our suppliers.We only use real butter, never substitutes. When we say vanilla bean, we mean vanilla bean and not synthetic vanilla. Similarly with all our ingredients. If you have a question about our ingredients, please ask.
