 The Mini-Misu – The Italian pick-me-up. Delicate layers of chiffon cake, mascarpone cheese, cocoa, coffee and Marsala, all housed in a decorative chocolate wrap. 

 The Lavender Rose – Our light and fluffy chiffon cake soaked in rose water and vanilla, with a lavender infused crème brulee filling. The cake is lightly coated with silky white icing and topped with a purple fondant flower. 

Nut & Honey Creamy Cake – A moist vanilla chiffon cake filled with honey cream and a layer of lightly sea-salted caramel. The top of the cake is garnished with toasted pecans. 

 Peanut Butter Joy – Layers of thick and rich peanut butter mousse, raspberry jam, & sea-salted caramel atop a crunchy chocolate short crust bottom. 

 Rosemary Margarita Tart – A crunchy tart shell filled with creamy lime curd topped with a light & sweet meringue garnished with rosemary sea-salt. 

 The Earl of Honey Tart – A crunchy tart shell filled with an earl grey tea and honey mousse finished with a sweet crumble topping. 

 Crème Brulee – Rich and creamy vanilla custard.  (Prepared and cooked, you put the finish on.)

 The Chocolate Lux – A chocolate almond orange cookie base with layers of milk chocolate & dark chocolate mousse housing a cherry center. 

 Raspberry Bombe – A blast of light and fluffy raspberry mousse covered in dark chocolate ganache on top of a triple chocolate brownie 

 Cherubic Cheesecake – A light and creamy chocolate and vanilla cheesecake.

 Triple Chocolate Brownie – A rich and chewy classic chocolate brownie filled with semi-sweet & white chocolate chips.

 Assorted Cookies – Chocolate chunk, Cinnamon Sugar Cookie, and Triple Ginger Cookies, large 4 ounce size.
