Gourmet French Cooking Course

When it comes to French gastronomy, we immediately imagine something special, exquisite and expensive. France is a country of love, including cooking. Centuries-old history and modern trends combine harmoniously in every recipe. Not in vain a great number of gastronomic tourists visit this country every year to get close to the high culinary art and learn the skills of cooking original dishes. After all, France is a leader in the number of restaurants with Michelin stars and the number of eminent chefs who pass on their experience to their students for an impressive fee.

But you do not have to visit Paris or Marseille to learn the secrets of cooking and serving fine national dishes. It is enough to sign up for our course.

We offer 30 academic hours of theoretical instruction and 100 hours of practical instruction for chefs. Our courses will teach you the history of French cuisine, considered an intangible heritage of UNESCO.

You will learn the basic details of cooking:

  • Sauces
  • Cold and hot appetizers (tartare, julienne, etc.)
  • Salads (from classic Olivier and Nicoise to author’s modern recipes)
  • Soups (cream soups, broths)
  • Meat, fish and vegetable main courses
  • Desserts and drinks.

The practical part of training takes place in cafes and restaurants of our city. Working chefs teach you how to properly prepare and process food, cook classic and original recipes, beautifully serve food. We offer you training with native speakers whose experience and qualifications you can trust.

Upon completion of training, you get a diploma, with a grade assigned and qualification.

At the request of course participants training can be conducted remotely!
